The role suits someone compassionate, highly organised and service-driven, able to support families during sensitive moments while coordinating professional funeral services.

As a Funeral Conductor / Arranger you will work with families and the local team to arrange and conduct dignified services, ensuring smooth operations and empathetic support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-focused environment.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Comfortable around death, grief and deceased persons.
• Strong communication with a calm, empathetic approach.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Sensitivity and respect for diverse beliefs and cultural practices.
• Physically and psychologically fit to manage manual handling, stress, and the inherent requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with families to arrange and coordinate funeral services in line with their wishes
• Conducting and overseeing funeral services with professionalism and respect
• Providing exceptional customer service to families, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting day-to-day operations at the location
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Assisting with preparation, coordination, and service delivery as required
• Contributing to a collaborative and respectful team environment
