Job summary

Respect Cohuna Village in Australia is seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team on a casual basis, delivering person-centered clinical care and building meaningful connections with residents and families.

You'll work alongside Registered Nurses and a dedicated care team to administer medications, contribute to care planning, and uphold high standards of documentation and safety, within a supportive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
• Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills.
• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting resident admissions and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Administering medications safely and accurately.
• Maintaining clear, accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Contributing to resident care planning, reviews and evaluations.
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
• Working collaboratively with residents, families and the broader care team.
• Helping create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity and compassion.
