Job summary

Respect in Victoria is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care teams. You will work with Registered Nurses and care staff to support clinical outcomes, monitor resident wellbeing, and deliver a safe, respectful, resident-centred environment.

You will bring a Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with at least 2 years post-graduate experience, strong communication and teamwork, and a commitment to quality, safety and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safe, person-centred care and to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive admissions and ongoing assessments with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery and resident outcomes.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with policies.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to RNs, supporting the care team in safe, person-centred care.
• Participate in team handovers, care planning discussions and safety initiatives.
