Job summary

Right at Home Gold Coast is seeking caring Aged Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis across the Southern Gold Coast. You will visit clients at home, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily activities, and help maintain safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and reliability required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Support clients with meals and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light household tasks (cleaning, laundry, meal prep).
• Follow care plans and document services accurately.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure safe, high-quality support.
