Job summary

The position is casual/temporary with a rotating shift roster across mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic and proactive with a genuine interest to work in this field.
• Be punctual, reliable and flexible.
• Be able to self-supervise and stay calm in crises.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to people with a disability.
• Assist clients with daily routines and accompany to activities (beach, movies, games).
• Accompany to medical appointments and provide companionship at home.
