Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current Working with Children Check.
• Cert III in Disability or above or equivalent experience.
• First aid/CPR certificates (current).
• Full and clean Australian driver’s license and own insured vehicle.
• Be punctual, reliable and flexible, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to each client.
• Assist with outings (beach, cinema, games) and appointments.
• Offer companionship and daily home support with a warm, respectful approach.
• Maintain safety, calmness and crisis management when needed.
