Qualifications

• Experience in disability support or aged care is valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and domestic tasks as required.
• Facilitate participation in community activities and social engagements.
• Maintain accurate records of support provided and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and the support team.
• Adhere to legislation, policies and duty of care requirements.
• Support clients' rights, dignity and wellbeing at all times.
