Qualifications

• Experience in disability support and person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Ability to stay calm and proactive in crisis moments.
• Own insured vehicle and full Australian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to each client.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany clients to appointments or outings.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing and document observations.
• Be punctual, reliable and flexible with shifts.
