Job summary

Adon Care Services is hiring Disability Support Workers to deliver personal care, domestic assistance, transport, and social participation support in a Sydney-based role. This full-time position focuses on dignity, independence, and person-centered care for participants under the NDIS framework.

The role requires experience with disability support, a current First Aid/CPR certificate, and compliance with health and safety policies. A compassionate, collaborative team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or related field required.
• Understand NDIS principles and participant rights.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification; WWCC or willingness to obtain; police check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including showering, grooming, mobility support.
• Assist with daily living, meal prep, domestic tasks, and transport.
• Support community participation and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with team and coordinators.
• Follow safety, privacy, and safeguarding policies; respond to concerns.
