Job summary

Lutheran Aged Care is seeking a Community Home Care Worker to provide compassionate in-home support across Albury/Corowa/Culcairn. You will follow each client's care plan, maintain dignity and safety, and report changes to the Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care Work.
• Police check (current national check) required.
• Demonstrated empathy and respect when caring for older people.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to clients per their care plans.
• Ensure safety and dignity in clients' homes and report changes promptly.
• Maintain punctuality and cooperate with the Coordinator and Case Manager.
• Participate in education and safety training as required by the Enterprise Agreement.
