Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Home Care Worker to support elderly clients in Crookwell and surrounds. This permanent part-time role offers Monday to Friday hours and an hourly pay rate with travel reimbursement.

You will assist with domestic tasks, transport clients to activities, and provide personal care with dignity and respect. A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care is required, plus a valid licence and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred.
• Empathetic and resourceful, aligning with Uniting values.

Responsibilities

• Help at home: housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Transport for wellbeing: escort clients to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
• Personal care: assist with hygiene, dressing, meals, and medication administration.
