Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent and 1+ year full-time aged care/disability experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance preferred, current flu/COVID-19 vaccines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene and mobility while promoting independence.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight and intake/output as directed and report changes.
• Support medication management with reminders and nurse-supervised administration following protocols.
• Provide basic wound care and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and complete incident reports when required.
• Follow infection control protocols and safe manual handling; support resident rights and dignity.
