Job summary

Aeralife Pennant Hills is hiring Assistant In Nursing to support residents with daily living activities and tailored care in a friendly aged care home in Pennant Hills, NSW. This role offers casual, full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts across AM, PM and night periods.

You will work under the Registered Nurse in Charge, helping residents maintain independence and wellbeing while following care plans and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care is required.
• Experience in a Residential Aged Care Facility is essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist residents with meals and hydration.
• Support nursing staff with treatments as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition promptly.
• Assist with recreational activities under guidance from the Lifestyle Team.
