Harbison is a charitable, community-owned aged care provider in NSW, offering part-time and full-time housekeeping roles. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control across resident rooms, communal areas and staff spaces, while respecting residents' dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities include room cleaning, bed making, laundry assistance, and adherence to WHS procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning in aged care or healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning, hygiene and infection control practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Commitment to WHS and PPE guidelines.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitise resident rooms and common areas to infection-control standards.
• Make beds and change linens with respect for residents' dignity.
• Vacuum, mop, and disinfect floors and high-touch surfaces.
• Dispose of waste per facility procedures.
• Assist with laundry as required.
• Report hazards and maintenance issues to supervisors.
