Qualifications

• Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Current National Criminal History Check suitable for aged care (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide a varied and nutritional food service, meeting the needs of residents in aged care settings.
• Offer excellent personalised service to residents.
• Prepare meals and drinks.
• Distribute meals to residents, assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties.
• Provide dining room services.
• Complete documentation and adhere to food safety practices.
