RFBI is seeking a casual Carer to join the team at the Dubbo Village, delivering person-centred care to residents and supporting daily activities. The role supports clinical tasks and care planning under supervision, contributing to quality aged care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care required.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Previous experience in aged care environment.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Police check clearance.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services (showering, dressing, grooming, meals, bed making).
• Provide basic clinical care (wound dressings, medication delivery, observe vitals).
• Assist with care management for diabetes, arthritis and other conditions.
