St Vincent's Care Corinda is seeking Living Support Partners to assist residents with daily living in a dedicated household setting. You will be part of a caring team focused on respect, safety and wellbeing, delivering compassionate care and maintaining high-quality records.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, shifting across morning and afternoon hours, and prior residential aged care experience is valued. NCCHC and NDIS checks may be required.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support residents with daily routines, lifestyle and choices.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans using AutumnCare.
