Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability Care, or related qualification.
• Nursing students who have completed at least one year of study are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in aged care, disability support, community care, or completion of a 120-hour placement is highly regarded.
• First Aid, CPR, Medication Competency, and Food Handling certificates are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming and mobility.
• Deliver person-centred care to promote dignity, independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
• Work as part of a care team and build meaningful relationships with residents.
