Job summary

Kirinari Community Services in Australia is offering Permanent Part Time roles for a Community Support Worker (Driver) based in Cobar, NSW. You will provide safe, door-to-door transport to clients, helping them stay independent at home with compassionate, reliable service.

We value safety and service standards, require pre-employment checks (licence, screenings), First Aid/CPR, and strong communication. You will work both with a supportive team and independently on a scheduled timetable.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

The Community Support Worker's primary responsibility is to assist customers and the disadvantaged to remain living longer in their own homes by providing a door-to-door transport service. The transport service being, affordable, caring, and reliable and delivered with compassion and integrity.

What We Need From You

• Willingness to obtain pre employment checks including, passenger transport licence code, NDIS Workers Screening Check, WWCC.
• Current First Aid & CPR Qualifications
• Proven safe driving record
• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to be compassionate and patient.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently, whilst enjoying a degree of responsibility in your position
• Sound time management and organisational skills allowing you to run on time and follow a designated schedule
• Ability and willingness to use technology such as smart phones, electronic tablets and computer programs
