Job summary

Creative Career Nursing Agency SA in Adelaide is seeking experienced Community Support Workers to deliver in-home and community-based support across metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas. You will assist with domestic tasks, transport to appointments, social participation, personal care, and medication assistance in line with care plans.

A valid Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months' experience in community care or a similar role.
• Hold a valid Australian driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Available to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
