Job summary

Healthcarelink Support seeks Speech Pathologists to join a growing multidisciplinary team in community settings across Queensland. This role offers flexible options: full-time, part-time, or contractor, with a structured ramp-up and supervised professional development.

You will conduct assessments, design interventions tailored to participants from infants to seniors, and work within an NDIS/community context, supported by a buddy system and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• 1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience preferred.
• Current eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience or interest in NDIS/community settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; participant-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support.
• Tailor services to each participant's individual goals and needs.
• Work within a multidisciplinary allied health team in the community.
• Manage a gradually ramp-up caseload with supervision and mentoring.
