Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a growing multidisciplinary team in Toowoomba. The role offers full-time, part-time or contractor opportunities, working across a community-based NDIS caseload from infants to seniors.

You will provide assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant’s goals, with a ramp-up program to build your caseload. Flexible arrangements and supportive supervision are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• 1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience preferred.
• Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality speech pathology assessment and intervention.
• Support participants with individualized goals and needs.
• Participate in a ramp-up program to manage caseload growth.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary allied health team.
