HealthcareLink Support Cairns City, QLD invites Speech Pathologists to join a growing multidisciplinary team. Roles are available Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contractor with a diverse caseload from infants to seniors in a community-based NDIS setting.

The role offers structured ramp-up, supervision and ongoing professional development within a supportive clinical team, with mileage and tolls covered and salary benchmarking for compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• 1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience preferred.
• Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant’s goals.
• Manage a gradually ramping caseload while maintaining a manageable workload.
• Work within a multidisciplinary allied health team in a community setting (NDIS).
• Collaborate with families, participants and other service providers to achieve meaningful outcomes.
