Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community care in Maryborough and surrounding areas. You will travel between client visits, assess needs, plan and implement care while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You must hold full AHPRA registration, a current Australian driver’s licence and be comfortable working autonomously with strong communication and organisational skills. Casual employment with benefits applies.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Desire to work in community-based care

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within scope
• Create and update care plans reflecting developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality standards are met
• Work with multidisciplinary team
• Deliver care during scheduled community visits
