Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community care in Cairns (South) & Surrounding Areas. You will assess, plan and implement client care, create and update care plans, and ensure quality standards while working with a multi-disciplinary team on a primarily field-based schedule.

Essentially, you must hold a full AHPRA registration, have post-registration nursing experience, and possess a valid Australian driver's licence with an insured vehicle for work.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Post-registration general nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
• Create and update care plans reflecting developing needs.
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members.
• Spend the majority of time on the road visiting clients.
