UnitingCare’s BlueCare community team is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care across community settings in Queensland. You will assess, plan and implement care within your scope, considering physical, social and psychological needs to improve clients’ quality of life.

Travel between visits is required and you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team. Essential AHPRA registration, a valid Australian driver’s licence and a roadworthy vehicle are required, as well as strong

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements - Essential
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work - Essential
• Confidence in managing time effectively, including autonomous work
• Ability to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies
