Job summary

BlueCare (UnitingCare Health) is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care in the Coolum Beach area. You will travel to clients, assess needs, plan and implement care, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to improve quality of life.

Essential AHPRA registration, current driver’s licence and autonomous time management are required. The role offers not-for-profit salary packaging, allowances, travel reimbursements and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
• Create and update care plans reflecting developing needs.
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance standards are met.
