Silverchain is seeking a nurse to deliver in-home care in Grafton, NSW. You will assess and manage chronic disease, administer medications, and provide wound and catheter care in clients' homes.

Casual role with view to permanent part-time; AHPRA registration required; passion for community care and aged clients essential.

About the Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing.
• 2+ years post-graduate, with broad experience in general nursing.
• Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations.
• Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population (experience an advantage).
• Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach.
• Strong experience in wound and catheter care, and chronic disease management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families and other clinicians.
• Competitive hourly rate $65.13 per hour - with up to $18,550 tax-free salary packaging options.
• Work independently in the community, with support from your team.
• Casual role with a view to permanent part-time (any days Monday to Friday)
