Voxx Recruitment is supporting an established allied health provider to hire a Physiotherapist for home-based care across North or West Melbourne. You’ll work with adults and older people in their own homes, focusing on aged care and Home Care Package clients to improve mobility and independence.

We offer flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time), reduced travel with client allocations near you, and remote report writing and administration.

Qualifikationen

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist.
• Ideally 1+ years' clinical experience.
• Previous community, aged care or Home Care Package experience would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a community caseload.
• Someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them achieve meaningful outcomes.

Aufgaben

• In-home Physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
• Developing individualised rehabilitation programmes based on clients’ needs and goals.
• Supporting clients with mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Providing rehabilitation to support recovery, manage pain and improve physical function.
• Helping clients maintain their confidence, independence and quality of life.
• Managing your own caseload, appointments and clinical documentation.
• Connecting with other allied health professionals to support positive client outcomes.
