Physio Pal Pty Ltd is a growing physiotherapy practice delivering community‑based rehabilitation across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla. The role involves managing your own caseload of neurological, musculoskeletal, post‑op and hydrotherapy rehab with home visits and community outreach.

We welcome part‑time and flexible hours, including new graduates. Excellent people skills and a physiotherapy degree with AHRPA registration are required; drivers licence and car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload including neurological, musculoskeletal, post‑op and hydrotherapy rehab.
• Provide in‑home and community‑based physiotherapy services across Illawarra & Shellharbour.
• Collaborate with Home Care, NDIS and Rehab at Home referrers to coordinate care.

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a passionate and motivated Experienced Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist looking to step into the community to help us on our mission of Healthcare, Anywhere.

You’ll be responsible for your own caseload of neurological, musculoskeletal, post‑op and hydrotherapy rehabilitation.

We work with varied and diverse referrers including Home Care, Short Term Restorative Care, NDIS & Rehab at Home to name a few.

With this role there are no financial targets, KPIs, or booking averages, we believe in having a genuine work‑life balance with our focus on delivering engaging, quality healthcare.

Your caseload will be predominantly in the Illawarra & Shellharbour based around your home address.

About You

You are a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist who has Excellent People Skills and a Passion for helping people.

You will have:

• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Physiotherapy degree & AHRPA Registration
• Current driver’s licence and car

Ideal Criteria (not essential):

• Experience working with NDIS, MyAgedCare
• Further education in Neurological Rehabilitationi>
• Experience with managing complex clients in a community setting
