Smart Solutions Rehab Group in Maroochydore, QLD is seeking a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to deliver community-based exercise physiology services across homes, pools and our clinic.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored programs for chronic disease management, rehab, and hydrotherapy, supported by supervision and ongoing CPD. This role offers flexible community-based care with a strong focus on client wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
• Current Driver's License
• A passion for client-centred care and a proactive, team-focused attitude

Responsabilités

• Delivering community-based Exercise Physiology to adults (16+), within homes, pools, outdoor settings or our clinic.
• Working across varied funding streams (NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, private) to deepen your clinical skills
• Supporting clients with tailored exercise programs for chronic disease management, strength and conditioning, functional rehabilitation, falls prevention and hydrotherapy.
• Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants
