Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacist for our Carnegie VIC pharmacy to deliver high-quality patient care and adhere to industry standards. You will dispense prescriptions accurately using MyScripts, manage daily store and dispensary operations, and supervise junior staff while contributing to business strategies.

The ideal candidate holds AHPRA registration, has community pharmacy dispensing experience, and excels in customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative leadership with coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions.
• Supervision of Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Support and develop new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
