Sigma Healthcare, operating Chemist Warehouse in Bay Park Plaza, Port Macquarie NSW, is seeking a Pharmacist to join our fast-paced team. You will dispense prescriptions accurately, manage the store and dispensary, supervise staff, and provide high-quality patient care while adhering to industry standards.

Key responsibilities include dispensing with MyScripts, inventory management, patient counselling, and contributing to pharmacy best-practice initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Collaborative leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions.
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
