Job summary

Sigma Healthcare, including the Chemist Warehouse network, invites you to join the team at CWH Point Cook VIC as a Pharmacist. This fast-paced role focuses on dispensing prescriptions, daily store leadership, and delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic community setting.

You will supervise Interns and Dispensary staff, contribute to business strategies, and uphold the highest industry standards. Eligible applicants must hold AHPRA registration and have community pharmacy dispensing

Qualifications

Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy environment.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commercially-astute with business acumen and attention to detail.
Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities with interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
Professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions.
Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
