Superdrug stores are hiring a Pharmacist to lead and develop our community pharmacy team. You’ll support standard-setting service delivery, stock control, and compliance with GPhC standards while ensuring excellent patient care and a strong patient experience.

Newly qualified pharmacists are welcome. This role emphasizes leadership, community engagement, and commercial awareness within a busy retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered pharmacists welcomed including newly qualified.
• Preferably community pharmacy experience.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
• Commercial awareness and NHS pharmacy funding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage stock, operations and maintain GPhC standards.
• Inspire your team to exceed targets and deliver the Superdrug experience.
• Bring commercial awareness and leadership to the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe and compliant practice.
• Deliver high-quality patient care with professionalism.
