Chemist Warehouse Morayfield is seeking a Pharmacist to join our fast-paced team and deliver high-quality pharmacy services. You will dispense prescriptions, manage store and dispensary operations, and provide exceptional patient care in a busy community setting.

You will supervise interns and dispensary staff, support business growth, and participate in professional development opportunities within a leading national pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially astute with business acumen and attention to detail.
• Collaborative coaching leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions.
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
