Qualifications

Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy environment.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Commercially astute with business acumen and attention to detail.
Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using MyScripts.
Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions.
Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
