Chemist Warehouse Group is hiring a Pharmacist for Currumbin Waters, QLD. You will dispense prescriptions, manage the store and dispensary, and provide patient care while supervising junior team members.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially astute with business acumen and attention-to-detail.
• Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities with interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using MyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions.
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
