Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Redland is seeking a Pharmacist to join our network and dispense prescriptions with high standards of patient care.

You will ensure accurate dispensing, supervise the dispensary team, manage stock, and provide professional counselling in a fast-paced community pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially astute with business acumen and attention-to-detail.
• Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions.
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
