Sigma Healthcare presents an exciting Pharmacist role at the Redland CWH store in QLD. You will be responsible for accurate dispensing, patient counselling, and daily management of the dispensary and team, while contributing to business strategies and high standards of service.

Qualified Pharmacists with AHPRA registration and community pharmacy experience are encouraged to apply. The role supports flexible rosters and staff appreciation within a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing meds in a community pharmacy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially astute with business acumen and attention to detail.
• Collaborative leadership and interpersonal/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately using MyScripts.
• Manage store, dispensary and team operations daily.
• Oversee dispensary inventory and order processing.
• Provide professional patient counselling and care solutions.
• Supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Support and develop new pharmacy business strategies.
