Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely following prescriptions.
• Provide expert advice on medication usage, side effects and interactions.
• Conduct medication reviews and health assessments to optimise outcomes.
• Manage inventory, ordering, storage and stock rotation.
• Maintain patient records and accurate pharmacy documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare practitioners to support patient care.
• Provide vaccination services and immunisation advice where applicable.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to pharmacy protocols.
• Stay updated with pharmaceutical developments and CPD requirements.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care in the community.
