Job summary

Placements24 seeks a proactive Community Outreach Coordinator to strengthen engagement and service delivery in Queenstown. You will build relationships with community members, understand their needs, and connect them with programs and resources offered by the organization.

You will develop outreach strategies, organize community events, and serve as a key liaison between the organization and the local population, traveling within the community as needed to promote social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or program coordination.
• Strong understanding of the social and economic landscape of the Eastern Cape region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and travel within the community as needed.
