Job summary

E4 People is recruiting a community-based Occupational Therapist to support a mixed lifespan caseload in Sunnybank and South Brisbane. You will deliver OT in homes, schools, childcare centres and community settings, with a defined catchment to minimise travel.

The role offers strong clinical supervision, progression opportunities, and a supportive multidisciplinary team within a regional network. Salary from $85,000 to $115,000 + super, with extra benefits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Current driver's licence.
• Willingness to deliver Occupational Therapy in home and community settings.
• Willingness to work across a mixed lifespan caseload including disability and aged care clients.
• Current working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Supporting NDIS, aged care and private clients across the lifespan.
• Delivering Occupational Therapy in homes, schools, childcare centres, aged care facilities and community settings.
• Working within a defined South Brisbane catchment to reduce travel.
• Building your caseload gradually as you settle into the team.
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team across OT, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and other allied health disciplines.
• Accessing support with referrals and initial bookings through a dedicated Client Services team.
• Developing greater autonomy over your diary as you become established.
• Regular clinical supervision and access to support throughout the week.
