Silverchain is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our Multidisciplinary Care team. You will help clients set and achieve goals to re-engage with the community, working with an integrated team of allied health professionals.

Two Peel-region roles available; flexible hours and potential 4-day week for the right candidate. A home garage vehicle is provided, enabling travel across local communities.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified allied health professional with demonstrated field experience.
• Strong knowledge of assessment and treatment methods.
• Excellent communication with clients, carers and staff.
• Ability to educate and coach direct care staff and clients.
• Well organized with ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team to meet objectives.

Aufgaben

• Create and oversee enablement programmes for clients.
• Help clients achieve personal goals to re-engage with the community.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to deliver holistic care.
• Coordinate schedule and resource allocation to meet client needs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
