Job summary

Western Health invites applications for a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive assessment and intervention to community-based clients across Bacchus Marsh, Melton and Caroline Springs. The role supports independence at home with supervision from a Grade 3 Clinician and a strong MDT environment.

This fixed-term, full-time position runs until 30 July 2027 with 80 hours per fortnight and an accrued day off.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience working in community-based settings.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and interventions to community-based clients.
• Work in a multidisciplinary approach to care.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Grade 1 OT/ Allied Health Assistants.
