Job summary

Australian Unity is seeking a Community Remedy Registered Nurse to deliver hospital substitution type care in the Northshore area of Sydney. This permanent part-time position involves 22.5 hours per week with a 7 day rotating roster and daytime hours, no nights.

You will provide in-home clinical assessments, manage medications including IV antibiotics via PICCs, and perform complex wound care. A supportive team and wellbeing benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Division 1 qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• 2+ years community and/or acute hospital nursing experience.
• Current driver’s licence and a registered, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent clinical care in the community for Hospital Care at Home and Rehabilitation at Home clients.
• Completing in-home clinical assessments.
• Managing medications including IV antibiotics via PICCs.
• Complex wound care and drain tube management.
