Job summary

Encircle Ltd. in Kallangur, QLD, is seeking a Communications & Marketing Officer to deliver engaging content across digital, print and community channels.

This part-time role (Thursday and Friday) supports the promotion of services, programs and community impact in the Moreton Bay region. Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Business Partner, you will coordinate marketing and communications activities, develop content for social media and newsletters, and help maintain website content.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience creating content for websites, newsletters and social media.
• Experience using Canva or similar design software.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience coordinating marketing or communications activities.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Blue Card or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Creating content for social media, websites, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Managing and scheduling social media content.
• Coordinating internal and external newsletters.
• Maintaining website content and supporting digital communications.
• Developing marketing collateral using Canva and other design tools.
• Supporting campaigns, events and community engagement activities.
• Assisting with brand management and marketing reporting.
