Job summary

Coastline Bank is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team on the Mid North Coast. You will build trusted relationships with customers and the local community through outstanding member service and lending guidance.

In this role you will proactively provide lending solutions, conduct assessments and complete applications from interview through settlement, and help the branch achieve sales and service targets while developing a referral network and maintaining community connections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail mortgage lending experience; small business lending experience is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Privacy Codes and current legislative/regulatory provisions as they apply to lending.
• Strong attention to data integrity and compliance.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Driven to achieve sales and service goals through community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provide lending solutions to customers and communities.
• Conduct lending assessments and complete applications from interview through settlement.
• Meet individual and team KPI targets for sales and service.
• Develop a referral network to grow the business organically.
• Maintain and develop relationships with local community groups through regular contact.
