The Kids Research Institute Australia is seeking a Community Involvement Officer to coordinate community involvement activities across the Institute, working with the Community Involvement Coordinator, researchers and advisory groups to enable consumers and community members to actively contribute to research and organisational initiatives.

The Community Engagement Team, within the Partnerships andEngagement Portfolio at The Kids Research Institute Australia works to ensurethe voices of consumers, families, young people and communities are embeddedacross the Institute's research and decision-making. The team partners withresearchers and stakeholders to create embed opportunities for communityinvolvement, helping to improve the quality, relevance and impact of childhealth research.
As a Community Involvement Officer, you will play a key role incoordinating community involvement activities across the Institute. Workingclosely with the Community Involvement Coordinator, researchers and advisorygroups, you will support engagement programs, community networks, events andadvisory activities that enable consumers and community members to activelycontribute to research and organisational initiatives.
