Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Revenue Protection Officer to stream and check mail and parcels. You will work in a team and individually to ensure mail and parcels are lodged and charged correctly.

You're friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, able to stand for shifts and lift up to 16kg regularly, while providing customer-focused service and supporting data entry and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Build collaborative relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Prepare outward mail for dispatch and review charging documents.
• Assist and/or perform administrative duties such as data entry and record maintenance.
